I am a curious coach on a mission to empower people by unlocking their potential, driven by the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

My dream is to create an empowered world where people have full access to their resourcefulness. I am deeply passionate about developing people which is what brought me to a career in Human Resources many moons ago.

I hold multiple coach certifications, Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), Gallup CliftonStrengths, and I'm an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

With over a decade of professional experience in career, development, team, and leadership coaching, I've had the privilege of collaborating with working professionals, leaders and organizations across Tech, Media and Retail industries.

On a personal note, I'm a proud mother of two, Alex and Robyn. Outside the coaching realm, you'll find me pursuing my passions in running, pilates, and reading. My reading interests often gravitate towards leadership and personal effectiveness.
